A strategic pricing analysis compares your home with the current competition on the market to determine how best to market your house so that you get the most money in your pocket with the least amount of hassle. You can also do your own cost comparison by looking up recent sales of comparable properties in public records. These records are available at local recorder or assessor offices, through private real estate information companies or on the Internet.
